AM at least is the same generation, I'd say; not their fault we didn't get onto them until mid-career, but Imagine Dragons wasn't even founded until 2008.

My 13 year old thinks of them as one of his bands, and not in a "oh they're old" way but in a "they're currently relevant to me" way.
