I will always remember a post-game interview in 2020, after the George Floyd killing and the protests that followed and shortly after the RNC, where he lamented "why we keep loving a country and it doesn't love us back." That also brings me to tears whenever I watch it or think of it.

I binged the first 3 episodes on Sunday and listened to this new episode last night. I love this podcast because you have such a comfortable conversational style. I especially loved this episode with Doc. I admire him SO much. The anecdote about the night Obama won had me in tears.

Back in 2021 or 2022 I bought a quantity of US Constitutions from the ACLU and will put them in Little Free Libraries that I encounter. I'm going to buy up used copies of On Tyranny and do the same.

First, remember all the aspersions cast on Fani Willis when she testified about carrying around large amounts of cash? I haven't heard any negative reaction to this; we're just accepting her explanation?

Her ability to resist Trump's influence isn't the question. She's going in there with no plans to resist. That is why she was picked for this role. We need to stop acting like any of what is said in a confirmation hearing is true, or did we learn nothing from the Kavanaugh & Coney Barrett hearings?
