I like a lot about cask service, but one of my favorite things is seeing the marked history across these casks, some that have probably 40 years of service.

This was once used at Flossmoor Station.

Micro matic has a 16" column tower [DS-132-PSS-C] which gives a good height for Lukr activities out of the box. Normal towers are 12-13 inches, only good for short mugs. It needs the American shank adapter, the shank holes are spinstops so won't fit Lukr shanks without machining the shank hole.

Ice chilled beer lines and Matsuo-style beer service

[Business Calendar for July]
This is Beermiscuous!
We will do our best to pour delicious beer for everyone, so please check out our business calendar for Japanese-style pour service.

・Sun July 27 we will feature a special pour festival with ice chilled beer lines.

Check out this cool one faucet tower setup.

It reminds me of a couple different Japanese shops, pouring from the side is especially present on the Bier Reise '98 chilled servers (home of the Matsuo Pour Twice)

It's not very silly and it's a very tasty pour.

Having never seen Orion /The Draft/ in keg format, it was at Glunz inventory for the first time I've seen, and here it is on Sharp pour.

Why do I bother printing anything. This took 20 minutes.

The silly Japanese style business calendar for May!

Rice probably has only a handful left. The CMB might have to be replaced by the Debitap, with the Lukr Freedom Baroko getting back on next to it. Haven't been able to settle on what to serve Hopewell Sharp from. Maybe sneak a Maibock on!

We're doing special Beer Stand Beermiscuous at the Lakeview cafe, Sat May 5, 6pm to close.

Hopewell Sharp.

I have a lot of Japanese style beer service content in prepping for next week's event at Beermiscuous Lakeview.

Can confirm it was received, and it is a very cute keg

Being nosy about Larry Bell's beer fridge, we can spot Hamm's, Heineken, and Allagash White, along with 5L kegs of Oberon and Tessie's Golden on the counter.

Getting a S coupler ready for tomorrow. We tap 19L kegs of 5.0% Asahi Super Dry produced in Japan, likely the only time we will ever have access to that as it should be brewing in Waunakee eventually. (was told it needs to hit the targets on 3 subsequent batches before earning release)

Budvar has this really beautiful new mug but it hasn't made it over to where it must be sold as Czechvar. Here's their new marketed pour in decades old glass. #sidepull #crisppour #budvarpour

In this slow season, Kikuchi Beer Store offers 7 beer pours (there's even more). Usually there's just a couple set pours that vary between different brands. e.g. "Sharp" and "Pour Once" for Sapporo Black Label, but now any pour can be called. Post here: www.instagram.com/p/DE0ARUryREI/

Two side by side pulls on that 45° did collide in this config. But they fit on this 8" depth drip tray.

(I've always loved the American box T Tower. And eventually we'll work up to this. Lukr tower always the dream)
