Worth a try for sure. I have to give them a look, but the transition can be difficult. Logic Pro is unique in it's robustness and workflow, as is Lightroom. I tried to make the switch from LR many times, and it's agonizing. There really isn't anything quite as good, in my opinion, for my workflow.

I am sooooo close to making the switch as well. The apps I'd miss are Lightroom and Logic pro, which don't really have any competitors on linux yet. But apple and Microsoft are making it impossible to stay...

Newsom is garbage. California is the richest state in the union, and yet it's public education k-12 ranks with the bottom 12 states. And you have cities like San Francisco where the tech industry all but ransacked them of culture and affordability, with tax incentives as a reward.

It doesn't help that the supreme court has reversed precedent and now says it's ok to racially profile.
