Current events being, I mean my God, where do I start? I cracked Mr. Piggy Bank and went to the Lego store for some joy. I feel a lot better. Going to be amazing when I set my gingerbread AT-AT to attacking that gingerbread house. 😁

Autumn brought its A-game on the walk today. So beautiful out there.

Hexacardi is coming along well. Almost done the two sides then we flesh it out through the back a bit (while crocheting it together into an actual cardigan), add a bit of length and the decrease and cuff those sleeves.

I'm still a printout the pattern person. I want to be a works off of a tablet person, but so far my brain refuses to engage. 😁 My husband calls my chair my 'three foot radius', everything I could possibly need, in arms reach. Basically a mess. 🤷🏼‍♀️

There is a pigeon on each of my shoulders and one on my outstretched hand. I tossed them a tiny piece of Tim Horton's muffin, and they mobbed me. There were approximately 40 more pigeons around my feet. I made a mistake.

A friend talked me into making her a Jack Black Minecraft hexi cardigan. Okay, okay, I wanted to make one and she was an excellent excuse! First time with this yarn and it is wicked soft. Not sure why I want to crochet so much more than knit lately. 🧶

That is a good one. This is my favourite. I'm not proud, but I did liberate it from a work lunchroom sink where it had been languishing for two weeks. Mine! Perfectly weighted and balanced and a hint of a spoon edge to hold sauce. 🥰
