Yeah I'm aware, the issue is that it's extremely underworked and doesn't have minor characters (not even Invictus even though hes somewhat important)

So from my understanding, the place that the nuke affected (wtpg) was sent tp how it would be in 3019? And the portal appeared where the 3019 and 2019 timelines collides?

First search up "tdtntor3 update log" click the first result, then click on cloakedyoshi, click on his picture again, and then go to activity, then to topics, the stuff about tdtntor will be slightly blacked out (you'll see what i mean)
