I wish I knew!
I know a majority of my fluctuations are trauma related / csa related

but I wonder how much of it is "real" in the sense that, it's just me without the traumas affecting my current self!

it feels very unusual trying to explain things to my partner like
"oh yeah I've been having more hallucinations sometimes like half a dozen a day I think idk it's fine lol"

and I genuinely feel unbothered (mostly) by them but my poor bf is like "erm what the hell I'm sorry what"
