Don't these people stand before a licensing board? As a nurse, my board would be all over me for malpractice. Why do they still have a licence to practice?

Sadly, I equate it to the trauma of witnessing an SA. As a former SA counselor, our training included listening to a 911 tape of an SA in progress. The Oval Office video evokes similar feelings: Helplessness, anger and lingering waves of nausea. You will never forget it!
