started going to the gym 2-3 times a week after i was diagnosed with a slipped disk earlier this year. i definitely feel better than before but i still think there’s room for improvement. prob. need to fix my eating habits next...

i've been struggling a lot lately to get things done because i either get stuck doomscrolling on twitter/bsky, or i get caught up in self-doubt. i need to break free from both and finally get back to shipping cool stuff.

used to be a social media lurker for whatever reason. trying to change that going forward and actively engage with the community here on bsky (i really like this platform). however, makes me feel a bit uncomfortable but i gotta push through :D
