My university in Oregon has a small number of original pages but not a complete copy. Getting to see them in the special collection at the library was fantastic.

I did translations from German to English of pages from this for a school project once and it remains one of my favorite assignments ever.

Watching this show; date tries to give her a snack, she remembers the time her enemy was mean to her over a snack. Date tries to take her on a boat ride, she remembers how she drugged her enemy and put him on a boat. This date is not going well.

I knew there was a reason this is my favorite classic Disney movie

I thought it was meh at first until I realized that the most cohesive theme could be summed up by the line "we love women, we forgive men" from the first song and what was rubbing me wrong was the transphobia of it all, especially at the end. The more I think about it, the worse it gets.

Where I live we have both and it just depends on which brand you get. I grew up with mostly the top one (parents always bought Kirkland brand) but the ones I get now are usually the bottom style, so both look fine to me.

I share this trigger and it was particularly strong for a little over a year where I could not handle it in any form of media. I didn't realize until then just how prevalent it is in stories. In some ways I get it, because it is so horribly prevalent in life, but it still absolutely sucks. 🫂 🫂 🫂

It's partially my own fault for being slow to watch it. 😂

Unfortunately I had the ending spoiled but I definitely enjoyed it!
