Trump has publicly released summaries of his medical exams (including during his presidency), and none have ever indicated any brain surgery beyond routine care.

There is no medical record, credible report, or evidence of any kind that Trump ever underwent this or any similar brain surgery.
Claims or memes suggesting Trump had a lobotomy are satirical or conspiratorial in nature and have no basis in fact.
