lazy lunch - corn fritters on a bed of quinoa with kraut and pickled onions. Aldi's toum aka "garlic dip" is such a great lazy hack to inject flavour quickly. Mixed into the quinoa here.

Inspired by a one-woman-army (Shiho) who runs a 5 storey okonomiyaki restaurant in Osaka - I tried my hand at making okonomiyaki using okara (soymilk byproduct) in the batter. Super delish. This was a crisper clearer (cabbage, capsicum, bok choy, spinach).
