Dutch oven bread is the way to go. Much easier than other methods.

Even 100x would be fine for huge multi national companies. The problem is it's 400+ for way too many companies.

Y'all need to fix your site. Every time you go to it on a mobile device, the user is redirected to some spam site after it loads. You should stop sending out links until it's fixed.

Thank you for the reply. I watched your YouTube live and heard what you shared. Didn't realize how bad he played for such long stretches this season. Hopefully he's just adjusting as an 18 year old.

Any particular reason why? Not the bat part, the feedback from your contacts.

I am okay with dropping billionaires through skylights too though.
July 14, 2025 at 4:53 PM
I am just pointing out that these issues don't justify a billion dollar new stadium IMO. Maybe to you they do.

I think Snapdragon could have been designed better. It is fine, but it is clearly a cheap football centric stadium and I think SDSU could have done better.
July 11, 2025 at 5:39 PM
Field quality seems like something that they should be able to be addressed though, right? Sharing the field with a football team is certainly not helpful in that regard but SDSU isn't even playing right now and it's not great. SDFC games are mostly at night, shade isn't a problem at 730 pm.
July 11, 2025 at 5:36 PM
LOL you know that's not what I meant. Well played though.
July 11, 2025 at 5:27 PM
What is the primary issue? I get it's not a billion dollar stadium, but I have had no issues enjoying the couple of soccer games I watched there.

This isn't related to the project, just wondering what the issue is with it. Some of food options being relegated to one corner certainly isn't ideal.

If only there was a stadium in San Diego that already met this criteria
July 11, 2025 at 5:20 PM
That neither team fills consistently. So why build another 50k person stadium, in a less accessible location of the city, that will then be half filled at best?
July 11, 2025 at 4:38 PM
They will never agree to it though.

Also, I love going to games at Petco, but Petco was not needed to redevelop Gaslamp. Redevelopment would have occurred eventually anyway. Without the stadium, redevelopment would have been cheaper and would bring in more revenue to the city on an annual basis.
July 11, 2025 at 4:36 PM
The Soccer City group was under no obligation to build a stadium or bring an MLS team to San Diego. They were going to develop the land first, then maybe try to bring a team to San Diego, if it made sense to them financially.
July 11, 2025 at 4:27 PM
Also, we don't need another stadium IMO. Stadiums are the worst investment you can make. In almost every scenario you are better off economically by building anything else.
July 11, 2025 at 4:25 PM
If the developer really wants to build a stadium, and buys the land at market rate, have at it. They don't want to buy it though, they want to be given the land for next to nothing.

Just like Soccer City, there will be no guarantee of a stadium once details of the proposal are released.
July 11, 2025 at 4:23 PM
Where did I say I hated progress? You are making up an argument I never made.
July 11, 2025 at 4:05 PM
I'm not saying we should only build housing. I am just against giving land to a developer who will pocket billions of dollars cause they make empty promises of a stadium. The Soccer City group tried to do the same thing.
