I've never heard of Nefesh B’Nefesh before. From some quick research, all I could find was that they promote immigration to Israel generally, including the West Bank. The incoming admin's statement was broad enough, it seemed to characterize *all* immigration to Israel as illegal.

Looks similar to claims re: bidding on a competitor's mark for paid search ads. Generally no infringement there absent some additional activity like using the Mark in the ad, itself. I'd expect a similar outcome for this theory, since I suspect the typical consumer does not read URLs.
