it did come off initially as claiming that tech is causing more cases of ADHD, but now i see that it can come off as more like red flags pushing ppl to get diagnosed. i agree with that but also think that our knowledge of ADHD now contributes a ton to the increase of diagnoses.

I do see you're backpedalling in the replies, but i wanna state that ADHD does not just mean that you have a hard time focusing on shit. Its a hell of a lot more complicated than that and yes, current tech trends do prey on people's attention a lot and its harder for those with ADHD to handle it.
