Ooh I still walk A LOT actually. My fastest mile, at a non stop pace is 12:20. But more times than not I stop and walk for about a minute or two. I walked a ton during the half.
But my next goal is also to run a 5k without stopping. A sub 35:00 would be awesome.

That’s amazing!!! I completed my first half marathon last month at a 13:30 pace. I was so proud.
