i never really think about how much pasta water to add, it always seems to be the right amount. there's gotta be a range of volume relative to pasta mass that leads to perfect al dente, i wonder how large it is. half a cup feels too large, maybe 10 tablespoons?

the 1st one states that they were the *first* to prove that state level increases in the min wage lead to corps increasing their IT budgets by ~22%. they noted that it led to a small decrease in employment
