- diluted EPS forecast to increase by 9%
- share price reduced by 38% and still going down.
Debt about 2% of MC, trading on PE of just over 11.
New 52 week low today.

Bought back a small position in #SYS1 a few days ago after selling last year when I felt the share price was 'up with events'. Full year results tomorrow. They have a quarter of the market cap as cash. I wonder what they will do with it? Hoping current trading is not too impacted by macro situation.

I hope Mello has proven useful for those investors who have been able to attend. Sadly I have had to miss this one. Its looking like a good week in the markets for holding it.

Trying to understand price action this afternoon on a number of small cap and AIM shares. Was that shorts being closed?

#FOUR I assume the statement in today's trading update that PBT is 'above the upper end of the current range of analysts' forecasts' is another way of saying 'ahead of expectations' and since this PBT is reported in dollars, this is will translate into a greater increase in PBT in pounds. I hold.

#IGR Nasty warning for me today. Tried to sell at 90p but offer was withdrawn before I could take it. Not hugely surprised tbh. Had a few profitable swing trades and original 2022 buys were about this price so my holding is a free carry, not the end of the world. But still affects the bottom line.

2024 review

#FOUR seems a decent price today for a maiden investment in my portfolio. It seems to have become quite neglected as a company. They should hit targets this year, are US $ earners, dividend yield is now not bad and , good cash buffer. Update later this month. Let's see ....

Interesting management change RNS today at #TM17. New CFO, Rashid Varachia was CFO at Codemasters till it was bought in 2021. This brings 2 of Codemasters BoD back tog. Frank Sagnier, non-exec chair at TM17, was CEO at Codemasters. Appointment completes refresh of BoD at TM17

Recently invested in IP Group #IPO. Share price closed @ 44p today, so mkt cap of 441m. Mar 24 NAV was 114p. They've since announced proceeds from exits this year of £43m (10% of mc). They're doing £30m buybacks, so far not half way through. Avoided relegation from ftse 250 today. Results 17 Sept.

Bought back small amount #CGS today, having sold on ex-div day. Very well-run company. No dilution for years, substantial net cash, pays a good dividend. Price at almost 12 year low. They say orders are down on last year, but also made a shrewd acquisition from administators, which shld support nos.
