Just waiting my turn to punch a nazi.
I would take all my time but because there's no paid leave in case of emergency, I try to roll over 2-3 weeks of PTO each year so I have a small buffer, plus sick time accruals that I keep in my bank, if the worst happens I'll have about 4 weeks to figure out what to do.
