The digital world should make it easier to enable UHC. The UK switched post war - every record was on paper, there was no concept of all Dr's having access to your medical records. Growing up in the UK with UHC meant true freedom from worry about health. I don't have that in the US.

California contributes $83bn MORE in federal taxes than it receives in federal funding. Trump's statement : 'No taxpayer should be forced to fund the demise of our country'. Sounds like California shouldn't pay federal taxes & prop up red states to me! @gavinnewsom.bsky.social @governor.ca.gov
