Der Workshop spricht das Versagen akademischer Institutionen angesichts Israels Kriege in Westasien offen an und fragt zudem, wie wir selbst als Teil dessen Verantwortung für dieses Versagen übernehmen können. Ein gemeinsamer Raum für diese Auseinandersetzung ist ein wichtiger erster Schritt.

I just finished Le Guin’s The Word for World is Forest, and this one will stay with me. Le Guin dares to name violences many would leave unsaid. In it, dreaming becomes a site of resistance and meaning and while reading, I sometimes felt my own dreams grow more vivid too

I keep returning to Jackie Wang’s essay on ‘oceanic feeling and communist affect’ and decided to start a thread with visual and text based associations on the topic. not sure what exactly comes out of it but it feels like a good practice of thinking about connection (to the archive and each other) 🎞️
