Everything that we create is a structured arrangement of other things towards one or more intentions. This has two implications.

1)This might be part of or be of use as part of larger structured arrangements.
2)The parts used in this arrangement themselves have other parts.

The aspiring process guides, inspires and helps sustain commitment. It also helps garner support from interested and caring others.

How might an aspiring individual's journey and an aspiring organization's journey compare? How might they entangle?

A system IS STRUCTURING of entities for a purpose.

The system MAINTAINS a boundary with the environment.

The system AFFORDS possibilities to stakeholders in the environment.

The stakeholder MIGHT FIND the possibilities afforded by the system desirable & undesirable and also expected & unexpected.

For every action (what) and reason (why), there can be other reasons. There will always be multiple approaches (how). It is a collection of trade-offs.

How might we sense the tangled web of a situation under consideration?

How can the idea of Sierpinski’s triangle be used to understand recursive becoming? Here is an attempt to articulate it.

In what ways can something in an ecosystem change with no impact on other systems?

What if we can have a caring teacher for a family? This person will learn with the young learners and guide the family of learners across generations.
