I saw somewhere that this is attributable to DOGE in that they canceled contracts with Adobe that when editing it would have made these redactions pretty much permanent.

Any first year law student taking Constitutional Law knows that what Kavanaugh said in the earlier concurrence was completely wrong. sorta, kinda, admitting it now, doesn't help much.

Speaking as a public defender, who had many a client who would have wanted a juror such as yourself, if the chance comes up again perhaps you could be more circumspect about what happened so it was obvious the case was dropped but not obvious it was because the cop lied.

But is that all it is? Does this bring the House back and get Grijalva sworn in and then the Trump files released? Does it get the government funded and the likes of MTG pushing the ACA credits to even extend more than a year? Could they have been thinking strategically? doubt it/maybe?
