It lasted about 24 hours, I did appeal it but I don’t know if that had anything to do with my reinstatement, I think there was a glitch of some kind that mass suspended a bunch of accounts and then restored them. I never got anything by email about my appeal being submitted or resolved.

Yep, same. Like you I’m mostly a lurker and liker but…suspended for no clear reason. Seems like it’s happened to a lot of people today 🙁
