Many times these activities mimic a natural environment, but many times the activities some individuals liked ranged from the Jungle Book movie to books on cats.

The work I created in grad school highlights the importance of keeping the minds and bodies of animals in captivity active through novel enrichment practices, especially since many of their natural habitats are being converted for human use.

His story, while unique, isn't unusual with great apes. Some great apes come from places as synthetic as the movie industry, research locations, and other captive environments such as sanctuaries and zoos.
