Fellow Pittsburgher here. My son passed on pursuing Med school due to cost. Instead he is in PA school which is still a significant investment for a middle class family like ours. Change needs to happen for all college programs and not just Med school. The costs are untenable.

Heartbreaking is an understatement. Unfortunately many of us are dealing with the same right now. Just different levels of the same “crap”. I hate to use that word but it’s the best descriptive. Thank you for sharing. I wish your whole family peace.
