Mine takes a long time on the max clean setting.
If everything looks clean I'd start a new cycle to drain it then open it and turn it off before it start adding fresh water

It maybe didn't finish so never got to the draining part or it broke. Restart it and listen for it draining. It's first thing mine does when u start a new cycle.
