The real winner this season? Williams. What a turnaround for them this year. Absolutely brilliant performance from the team and the drivers. And Sainz must be laughing to himself, as he probably wouldn't have thought that last year or even at the beginning of the season. #f1

Der BMI ist ja generell kompletter Quatsch, aber was mich mit am meisten stört, ist das bei Frauen die Brustgröße überhaupt nicht berücksichtigt wird. Bei mir sind das wohl rund anderthalb bis zwei Kilo mehr, die egal wie schlank ich bin, einfach da sind. Das ist doch bescheuert.

Hostels ohne Vorhänge an den Betten für wenigstens etwas Privatsphäre sind mir ein Rätsel. Ich habe absolut kein Problem, mit Fremden ein Zimmer zu teilen. Aber bitte ohne beim Schlafen gesehen zu werden (und umgekehrt).

Hatte mich letzte Woche gewogen und entdeckt, dass ich weitaus mehr wiege, als die letzten Jahre im Durchschnitt. Daraufhin habe ich MyFitnessPal installiert. Heute stand das erste mal wiegen nach einer Woche Kaloriendefizit an & es stehen rund 900 Gramm weniger auf der Waage. Kein schlechter Start.

Now that I've seen the track in person (24h of Spa), it's a completely different feeling watching #BelgianGP, because I now know exactly which part of the track the cars are in, because I recognise familiar things from the angle of the on-board cameras. Interesting feeling! #F1
