I'm still confused as to why he can't see THE pathway. Might be another problem than pathway, but if thats the case. Easy to get gametime.

As I'm currently working with an U-12's team we are playing 8-a-side. I've mostly worked with the formation on the second picture, although there has been an obvious lack of directness and width. I've thought about a new formation, picture 1. Let me know of any thoughts that may help me.
