I mean, I can’t speak for your librarians, but we, I mean I’ve heard of librarians who will push the limits. Inter-library loans and other means to get any book into the hands of a reader. Please. Trust librarians. 98% of us will help you.

That’s so discouraging. Our board of supervisors tried that exact thing. Thankfully in the great state of California, we had a state mandate overturn it before it became a reality.

That’s horrible!!! Our libraries are free to every resident of our county. Where do you live? Many libraries offer free access to online resources even if you’re not a resident.

No!! Please do me a favor. Go to your local branch. As a librarian we fight against book banning. Libraries and librarians are your friends. Librarians do not believe in banning books, that’s the government. Trust me, our board of supervisors tried to initiate book bans and we fought tooth and nail.
