The city HAS DONE STUDIES on this closure. The majority of business owners support the closure. Almost all feel it has a positive community impact.

For the past five years, Larimer st in Rino has been closed to cars (on ONE BLOCK), resulting in bars and restaurants turning the block into a vibrant community space.

Today, it reopens to cars. Thanks to Denver Bike Lobby for organizing against this.
