As the writer, it's important to know both what their fear is and why they have it. You might have to follow the whys several layers deep, but the work will pay off.
When you're writing from a place of knowing the intricacies of your character, they'll come so much more alive for your readers!

As the writer, it's important to know both what their fear is and why they have it. You might have to follow the whys several layers deep, but the work will pay off.

Maybe they fear rejection, failure, or being forgotten. They might even fear something that others would consider positive, like love or success.

If you know the answers to these questions for every character that walks onto the page, you’ll be able to write them in a way that stands out. 🌟 Your readers will not only find them more real, but they’ll connect with them quickly.
