we need to take the time to stand up for those being persecuted, whether it’s the trans community, people experiencing genocide, or oppression by their governments/community.
we need to give voices to those who need to be heard. the time is NOW. all day. every day. until they are heard.

i had a family living across the street who used the p word for anyone brown skinned, the ch word that rhymes with pinkie for anyone even vaguely eastern asian. thankfully they didn’t use the n word, but they did say things like “the blacks” when referring to anyone of african descent. 🙄
