I'm a bit surprised the NWSL PA has been rather silent in this salary cap discussion. Think there's probably both a compelling economic argument that owners will make more profit with larger tho expensive stars as well as the labor argument that we've seen the WNBA PA garner immense support for.

One of the biggest bummers about Sam Mewis and Tobin going the independent route is they don't have the media rights budget to be able to break down plays comprehensively. Feel like woso media coverage would take a big step if they joined with a bigger network.

Most interesting part of Emma's presser is how badly she wants the young players to play the U20 World Cup next year. Given their professional teams don't have to release them esp as it's NWSL crunch time but we could potentially have midfield options of Hutton, McCammon, Yohannes, Fuller -

Worth noting that through most of the season Laura Harvey has been sporting this pride flag pin at games. You can see it next to the club crest on her T-shirt. Small gesture but also given our current political climate feels huge.

Absolute massive respect to both Racing and Reign medical, security and operations. Were immediately (maybe 30 seconds) at DeMelo's side. Ambulance was brought on field extremely quickly. They worked efficiently and calmly and the staff that weren't needed formed a circle to give her privacy.

It's funny that angel city already has somone with more technical vision, experience in business and a holistic view of the biggest markets in woso that attends most of their games & actually lives in LA.
