honestly yeah, i don't think oda is gonna go with the obvious and have loki be the "trickster." plus, in that phone call with "mosa," or "shaggy" in the officials, the speaker does call loki kind. it could be that the trickster in this case is flanks, or whoever framed loki, assuming he didn't kill-

also another detail that makes me think shanks really does have a brother is that the knight in the middle has a cape and a sword similar to the one shanks has. although some think he's a pirate AND a holy knight, that would beg the question, when would he have time to be a holy knight and-

-would be inclined to say he is. but i do agree that the shanks' doppelgänger/brother probably isn't after luffy at this point. dragon did say that the "fighting" will begin once the holy knights mobilize. def makes me think the RA will come back into the story soon.
