Last years, a cat and Danhausen
A large orange cat pumpkin with triangles for ears, and a white pumpkin with a cartoon face of wrestler Danhausen on the front, with a toothy grin. Also some white, green yellow and orange mini pumpkins.

This years pumpkins!
Two medium size pumpkins on two tables, one is white, with a ninja turtle face drawn on it, and lower down. The orange pumpkin behind it has a cat style face carved on it, with small triangles for external ears. There are smaller mini pumpkins next to them, brownish, orange, and off white.

Trekkies: If you see this post your first experience with Star Trek.

To add: my parents, who already liked Trek and similar shows, rented Generations on tape. I watched it with them and was interested in the idea of two different captains from different times meeting.

A long, KO, bizarrely depressed Pink Panther I got from a recent jumble sale. His splotchy despair is palpable.

I realized why the Royal Rumble graphics were bugging me. It looks a lot like the weird negative space covers they made for the Burton/Schumacher films on blur ray a while ago.
the 4k cover for batman 1989, it is mainly a white void with the city scape whited out and batman and joker styled in blue tones. the wwe royal rumble wwe title match graphic, cody rhodes and kevin owens are in colour against a stylised cityscape in blue tones against a negative white space. the font is similar to the batman 4k cover too.

I got some 60s comics from a charity shop recently, mainly DC. This panel in an issue of Metal Men popped me.

He exclaims (all caps) "YOU'RE PLACING YOUR OWN RESPONSOMETER INTO MY ANDROID!" His robot adversary, a red humanoid with claw hands, a bulbous head and angry white eyes with black pupils, exclaims right damn well back at him - "STOP SPEAKING IN CAPITAL LETTERS-- THAT'S MY LINE!" He's inserting said doohickey into an android double of Magnus, at the right of the panel. Background is plain red.

The last of the advent calendars - Tails is assembled! Not terribly impressed by the cardboard gingerbread Simpsons though? It was a nice calendar all the same!

I interpreted the appearance of a Discovery style Klingon via an alternate reality shift in Lower Decks' finale as a glimpse into a reality where that type of Klingon remained prevalent into the 25th century. Not as a refutation that they *ever* existed in the same timeline as LD.

Overhead view of the Tails advent model. A few gems have been added, no Tails pieces yet. The latest Simpsons models from the Jakks calendar, including two candy cane styled smoke stacks, a pink frosted donut with sprinkles and a red bow, addressed to Homer, a Saxophone for the Lisa elf figure, Santas Little Helper with Reindeer antlers on via a small lighter brown hood, and Grampa with s green shirt/bolo tie, santa hat, and his fist raised with a frustrated expression, as if he were indeed yelling at a cloud. Windows 10 and 11 had a small card with the Simpsons in a family scene by a decorated xmas tree (Marges hair is also similarly decorated), and a snowboard for the elf Bart. They're kind of crappy to be honest.
