It was a great pageant this year, and we can't wait to do it all again in 2026. Thanks to your votes and bribes, we were able to raise $9,000 for Keep Durham Beautiful.

The big day is tomorrow! Join us on Saturday, June 7 starting at 4 PM at Duke Park for the 21st Beaver Queen Pageant.

The name of the theme, which is Free to Beave, is written out in colorful letters with little animal characters on each letter. The animals are mostly beavers but there's also a penguin, a bull, a platypus, and a bee.
