I brought seeds from Kentucky to Michigan to get them to bloom later. Are there any natives near you that are also native in a zone 9? You could get seeds from there and they would bloom later than your ones from OK.

Do those bloom in late fall? I would pick the latest bloomers you can find. Up here it is goldenrod, asters & snakeroots.

Are you planning to sprout them separately or just sprinkle on the ground? Personally I have more success with sprouting, namely winter sowing. Super easy and prolific.
