With menopause getting more attention, it seems every influencer and chiropractor has crap to sell you. We're all at risk of ignoring bigger problems because now WE are the ones dismissing symptoms.

Are we better off than before? Idk, but it's something to keep in mind when news symptoms pop up

As a Menopause Coach & a woman 6 years into her menopause transition, this makes my blood boil.

I briefly wrote about it in my 10/05 Weekly Roundup but have a longer post with more details coming next week. I'd have it done by now but it pisses me off so much I have to keep taking writing breaks 🤣

I was absolutely terrified for my first mammogram, but it's one of the least painful things I've been thru in perimenopause.

Went down a rabbit hole on all the menopause testing options and yeah, I too fell into the hormone testing that led to sign up for my subscription that lead to buy my supplements pipeline. I hope this helps someone else avoid the same trap.

☕It's National Coffee Day & I'm celebrating the most complicated relationship in my life. ☕

Does caffeine amplify hot flashes? Yes.
Does it disrupt perimenopausal sleep even more? Absolutely.

Am I giving it up? Not a chance. Some people just NEED to be caffeinated for the safety of society.
