I am turning lemons into lemonade and using my now abundant free time to bicycle from New Orleans, up the Natchez Trace to Nashville, on to Monmouth Caves, across Kentucky (Bourbon Trail) and along the Virginia Appalachians back to the DC area (map attached).

My last day at the State Department was February 28.
