You are absolutely correct that it does take much time to say something is wrong or violates the law. Select SCOTUS Judges should be impeached for being stupid or ruling as such.

It would not make a difference If the detainee was a female or child…Masked individuals coming to my home will need to be helped off my property as they pose a threat to my safety and well being.

American citizens & immigrants need to start wearing masks or costumes in order to protect themselves for their physical safety. ICE/CBP officers are not enforcing laws, but acting lawless. Hence, if a ICE/CBP officer wears a mask & stands in front of any vehicle, he/she is a threat, not a victim.

I imagine the reason Puerto Rico hasn't weighed in yet about suggesting it become the 51st State is because Trump considers it as a S____H___Island!
