Daughter works at the local grocery store. One of her co-workers honored me on Mother's Day with Roses and a balloon. I was so touched. He is a sweet fellow who always greets me. Daughter says that you can never have a bad day when her co-worker is around.

I agree about the flattening. We have an ancient heat press in the classroom we use. I love the fiber paper because I can tone it.

Best Sourdough loaf yet. Used 1 cup+ of active fed starter. No kneading and let it rise 20 hours. Chewy and plenty of sour.
