Some combination of minimal pronoun use, this/that pronouns, and common nouns? I know some robot/drone-inclined folks that self-refer almost exclusively as "this unit," it'd be pretty easy to modify to whatever object nouns you enjoy. Example, from "I like them", to instead "I like that toy."

I was so singularly focused on them that everything else fell away, to the point where I was having trouble telling up from down. Good thing I was sitting at the time, haha. Gosh it was so lovely to feel all the nervousness and uncertainty give way to utter mindlessness... Augh, I want to go back.

Some months ago I wrote an induction for my partner to use on me, deliberately not revisiting it since writing it so I couldn't see what was coming so easily. We tried it for the first time recently and I was so nervous and unsure of if it'd work – it absolutely did 💜 aaahh.
