“People” cannot negotiate. Thats why employers negotiate for them. Associations like AARP negotiate. The government or state can. But individuals have no power. Trump’s statement shows his ignorance of the industry. He’s known as a “great businessman” but he couldn’t negotiate rates for himself.

How much money? $2000? That won’t cover 2 months. I’ve worked in the health insurance industry and Americans, from the top of the income ladder to the bottom, don’t know the first thing about buying health insurance. Individuals don’t negotiate-they have no power. They accept the options available.

Interest rates for a house were 17%. We bought a turkey to roast and eat for a week. I worked as a nurse at night and my husband drove a truck in the oil field and we were the lucky ones. My husband left the turkey on the counter (I was at work) and the dog ate the turkey. It was a catastrophe

By my count there were 29 items in the Walmart Thanksgiving basket in 2024 and 14 in 2025. Sure it’s cheaper because food costs money.

That’s gross. They are literally making money when you’re on air. Often, you spend time preparing-and time is precious. People, myself included, tune in when we know you’ll be on. It boosts viewership, adds credibility to the program, and provides meaningful dialogue when that is in short supply.

I am one of the few who have never paid attention to Charlie Kirk. But he shouldn’t have been killed, that’s obvious. But to blame the “radical left” is irresponsible. We don’t even know anything about the shooter yet they’re already calling for retribution. This is sick

I’m on aspirin therapy. This is not due to aspirin. I hit my hand on something I will get a bruise-but a very small localized bruise. And he’s not shaking hands with people-they have germs. My thoughts go to heart failure or COPD. He’s probably taking Plavix or similar drug to prevent blood clots.
