Our fundraiser of the month is Eleanor, our fantastic cyclist! Eleanor cycled over 1,009 miles from Land's End to John O'Groats over 14 days - and raised a huge £6,360 for us ⭐

One way to distract yourself from being overwhelmed is to use a self-soothe box. You can create one by filling a box (or bag) with things to help you relax, feel grounded and distracted from emotions or thoughts if they become too overwhelming #Relaxation #Meditation #SelfCare

Thank you Sonia for choosing a read-a-thon as your fundraiser for the Beat 1-2-5 Challenge!

Sonia chose to read for 1 hour every day for 2 weeks to finish 5 books, with a goal to raise £521 for us. So far Sonia has raised nearly £500 and we can't wait to see her hit her target 🤩
