The iris' themselves were rather green, but one had almost a pie-chart style chunk of it that was this gorgeous dark brown. Apparently you really can get birthmarks anywhere. I also drew towards another kid when I was young that had heterochromia, where each eye is a different colour.

I get that. I mean, in my writing there's a reason all my humanoid villains have strikingly light coloured eyes. They are a bit creepy. But I like creepy. I don't know. I suppose I just like eyes in general. Especially those with 'flaws'. As a kid I had a close friend with a birthmark on her iris.
