As much as i like Poles, i think he is done. Just by being around so much and the rumblings about him leading the coaching search, you can tell Warren craves the spotlight. IMO Poles gets cut loose at the end of the year, which i think will be a big mistake but the Bears are gonna be the Bears.

Nice thought but its never gonna happen. I have been a big fan of Poles moves since he has been here but this is the same story over and over. Neither Flus or Poles are Warrens guy and i wouldn’t be surprised if Poles is adamant about keeping Flus, he going to be gone too!
