diluting them slightly with normal bits definitely helps. these are my reavers so much more veteran and wild than the standard legionary, but I'll sprinkle cool stuff between the typical dudes too

it helps to make sure the ferrules aren't completely caked when drybrushing because that's the hardest part to clean and it'll damage your brush if paint dries there. You can use hand sanitizer to clean a lot of drybrushes, and as always if there's pigment on the paper then it needs more cleaning
