Is this technology new? Is it widely available? Has Ukraine been using it? If so, why are so many drones getting through to Ukraine’s infrastructure? If not, maybe that’s why they aren’t using it.

Why doesn’t Ukraine target russian drone and missile production sites like they do oil and gas sites?
