Homebuyers-immigrants or not-are working within the same housing market. If immigrants can afford homes while many Americans can’t, that points to systemic issues like affordability, supply shortages and income inequality. Why are Americans being priced out in the first place.

Dental care is health care and why the Canadian govt made it part of universal health care here. It’s income based and makes it far more accessible for people who couldn’t afford before.
